Fivet Conveyor Systems

The fivet type conveyor is based on the fact that the fivet chain is moved on three axes on the snowrail.
Fivet type drive unit top caterpillar type, torg safe.
Lines between chain hangers are 300 mm and multiples.
Thanks to the central lubrication unit on the system, the chain bearings automatically lubricate at any time range.
Torg limits are used to protect the system in the jams and coercions of the drive units to protect the conveyor system.
Bearings on the chain are capable of operating at a heat of 250 degrees.
Conveyor chain tension system is made with spring or screw.
The fivet conveyor rail is specially twisted from the sheet. Our fivet conveyors are divided into three according to their operating capacity.
1- Light Type EM 2 : 20 kg carrying capacity
2- Medium EM 5 : 50 kg carrying capacity
3- Heavy Type EM 7 : 100 kg carrying capacity
